The D.R.I.P. Framework
There's a problem I see in the industry right now... tons of coaches are training athletes and they are "improving" in areas that don't translate to results in their sport. If our training isn't translating to winning, we may be training the wrong thing. One of the reasons I created this course is I believe we have a huge opportunity to improve this.
I believe there has to be a framework for monitoring, for programming, and for preparing for the demands of everything that goes into helping athletes perform better.
I call it the DRIP Framework. How to Develop Game Speed will teach you what the DRIP Framework is, why it's important, and how to apply it into your coaching setting:

3 reasons I created this Course
#1 - The industry is evolving.
More is demanded of athletes than ever before. How to Develop Game Speed is the blueprint to organize, program, and implement a framework that will help your athletes improve their on-field performance. I've trained thousands of athletes and have worked at every level and there's one constant variable that ALL coaches want from their athletes: Results. I needed to build a framework that trained the whole athlete, that improved their on-field capabilities. That's the purpose for this course.
#2 - Holistic Development is Crucial.
Now more than ever, I'm realizing that there is so much more that goes into an athlete's performance than just the training we do as coaches. Nutrition. Recovery. Physical Therapy. Sport Specific Skill work. Building a holistic athlete is building an athlete that will last. It builds an athlete that is ready for the GAME. An athlete with less injuries. There are ways to do this. Whether you have a full staff or are a one-man show. We should be building holistic athletes if we want to give them the best shots of reaching their potential.
#3 - The Future of Speed is Coming.
In a few years, what is coaching going to look like? Who knows what kind of AI tech will come out 10, 5, or even 1 year from now. These changes are coming. BUT - there are things that will always be true about coaching and sprinting. I want to equip you to prepare for the future while digging in to what will ALWAYS be true, no matter what changes come to the outside world. Coaches aren't going away, I can promise you that.
